Henry C. Clarke, Jr.

Mr. Clarke has been in private practice in Montgomery County, Maryland, since 1980.

He brings with him extensive experience from the Montgomery County Attorney's Office, where he represented the County Council, the County Executive's Office, and other County departments on a wide variety of legal issues.

He has taught courses for paralegals at Montgomery College, has coached children's sports teams in the community, and has been a scout leader, and a member of various boards for schools and local civic organizations.

He and his wife, Kathy, were married in 1974 and have three children: Brian, Kelly, and Michael.
